Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Website role
Logsns operates an independent advertising, information and enquiry service relating to heat pumps and related services. Logsns is not a government department, government website, scheme administrator, Ofgem, Home Energy Scotland or part of GOV.UK.
2. Enquiry and referral service
Submitting an enquiry allows Logsns to process the information you provide and, where appropriate, share it with relevant independent service providers such as installers or surveyors so that they may assess your request and contact you. Submission of an enquiry does not create an installation contract and does not constitute an application for government funding.
3. Government schemes
References to government or publicly funded schemes are provided for general information. Eligibility, grant values, application procedures and availability are determined by the applicable scheme rules and administrators, not by Logsns. You should verify current information through the official links provided on the website.
4. Independent providers
Any third-party installer, surveyor, finance provider or other service provider is responsible for its own advice, accreditation, quotations, contracts, warranties, pricing, regulatory compliance and services. Any contract you enter into with such a provider is separate from these website terms.
5. Information accuracy
We aim to keep published information current, but schemes and eligibility rules can change. We do not warrant that all information will remain current at all times and do not guarantee grant approval, installation suitability, costs, savings or performance.
6. User obligations
- You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You must not submit another person's contact details without authority to do so.
- You should independently verify any provider and any contractual or funding terms before proceeding.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, Logsns is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, advice or contractual performance of third-party providers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.
